1)Sql - where we use structured value. Like when you are relationship yeha par sirf partner ki value hai.

2)Nosql where we use unstructured value like when you are single - yaha saab ladkiyo ko dekhna ke yeh meri bandi hai.

I recently resigned from my previous company as I got an offer letter from Accenture, my date of joining was of 23rd October but HR didn't send an Onboarding letter, saying he is not having my information on the portal, but everything was present there, he raised a ticket to his tech team and eventually all my present documents and offer letter disappeared from my workday Portal. He is just saying that it will be done but he is lying as I heard his lead saying when I was on the phone call with him, that recall it.

I guess it was for my offer. I have left my prev orgn now, and rejected the other two offers for Accenture. This kind of case in Accenture has not happened only to me but it's happening with many.

example of no sql could have been better like u can still use schema and validations to avoid different or extra feilds and on the same time have choice to add exttra feilds and its easy to manage too. The only limitaton starts on big databases where managing data becomes very hard and response is slow. no sql are a good choice for medium size products
