I think Storrs is the perfect combination of a city vibe and middle-of-nowhere vibe. I love the center of campus, but love Horsebarn Hill. It really feels like home.

I’m a freshman in high school looking at colleges and having a mental breakdown about it because I think I’ll never get in there.. regular midnight thoughts of mine.

From an undergrad finishing my freshman year: engineering school is bullshit, you pretty much just pay to teach yourself each class though online homework sites. Wings over is mad expensive. Dhalls close at 7 on Friday and Saturday, so they make you spend money on food. North halls suck. It’s cold as fuck and windy most of the time. Thank god it’s big, there’s always things going on which is my only true positive.

Wing express....that was the best wing place....there are "Wings over" all around CT, usually near other state school campuses.

You think that's remote, that's nothing...

Uconn is a huge party school, there are so many more colleges to attend that are much better academically. The majority of people that go here either go here for sports ( scholarships) alumni parents or just pure convenience/ affordability ( they live in ct)
