I worked on the set of impractical jokers once & it was a fun experience but the only Joker who went out of their way to have a conversation me was Q. Therefore, this clip doesn’t surprise me as all. He genuinely is like this in person

They do a "shock" test. One of the jokers will walk into a room with potential participants and the crew will monitor who gasps or eyes widen from recognizing the joker and remove that person from the group
