The translation is pretty bad. The more accurate would be something like this:

from Serbian bright heads,

This is more direct translation while the one they used is more artistic or somethnig like that. And also the version in the video is a bit shortened, the las two parts of the song are missing.

I think this is voice of Jelena Tomašević but I'm not sure. All of you who dislike this version of Bože pravde, just listen Josipa Lisac - Lijepa naša and you will se what is bad version.

Yup, you choosed a very wrong and literary mockery version with vocals that are not fit for anthem, but for Disney cartoon. Every version performed by any clasical opera singer, even by millitary brass band, is way way better :) And the translation is off also, word "rod" is not "race" but means "genus", "familly" in literar sence of blood lineage... So it is God save Serbian lands and Serbian genus...
To give it a fair listen, this is official and the most clasical version performed on official events:
