$25 Worth of Plastidip on my Lancer's rims changed the look of it drastically and was worth the 4 to 5 hours I spent on prep and painting.

Is powder-coat removable for another color? Just same process redone with different color? What are the prices..

Buffer, Sand, Wash, Prime x2, Paint x2, Finish x1.
I did that and it looks great, took a while, but it looks great.

Dont forget that there is a thing called plastidip if your going for a flat color! it'll save you some money! and time! don't get me wrong powder coating is the best way to go but test out your colors first and see what you like and best fits your car before you spend the cash you would powder coating. I powder coated my rims candy gloss white and i dipped them with a black flake clear coat and they look awesome!
