She gave an incorrect definition of Shariah. Shariah includes everything that has a basis in religious law and rulings. It does necessarily have anything to do with "a government level". A person praying 5 times a day is shariah, the proper way to do ablution is shariah, the zakat calculation requirement is shariah, etc etc. shariah is first and foremost applied at a personal and individual level

Shariah means law. Even calling it "shariah law" is like saying "chai tea" or "Sahara desert" or etc

No its not sister. Sharia law are the laws feom the quran and sunnah, praying is shariah law, fastinf, shilling, etc etc

Not accurate it means government laws and 99% of all laws are same in every nation.

Let me explain sharia law, it's what no human can keep. Sharia law is trying to keep your fleshy desires in check and I haven't met anyone that is able to do that. So God sent Jesus to pay for our sins that whoever believes in Him has eternal life. Once you place your trust in Jesus to save you, God lives in you.
But some religions try and enforce sharia law, but the bible says we are saved by grace. Salvation is a free gift from God. Even the people enforcing sharia law can't keep the law themselves and are guilty of breaking it.
