*These chappals are perfect for the hot weather of Maharashtra. They are open and airy.
*The Charmkar community that makes these chappals was considered a lower caste, but today, this very community has made India the world's 2nd largest leather footwear producer.

I also love Kolhapuri cuisine also, people of Kolhapur are very sweet and of welocming nature. Their hospitality is awesome.
