Suppose the chocolate manufacturer organize and staff the factory for a ‘normal’ capacity level of 10 tonnes per day. If increasing the capacity 1 tonnes per day will costs £ 5000 and decreasing the capacity 1 tonnes per day will costs £ 3000 .
 1) Make a mix capacity plan, calculate its total cost and make it as low as possible.
