Just had a timing chain kit shipped along with an oil pump. The packaging was very poor. It looks like the oil pump was sitting on top of one of the studs of the oil pan. Stud is bent, oil pump seating surface is scratched. Anyway, I contacted them a week ago and have heard nothing. They provided all sorts of help on the Sales side, but now that there is a problem: nothing.

Decent inventory BUT BEWARE...when they "split" your order and you receive direct ship items, you may be charged crazy money for shipping that IS NOT SHOWN on your initial invoice. I just found out my credit card was charged $17 for shipping a rear brake hardware kit ( VW Tiguan - not anything exotic), and another $19 for a front brake pad set for same vehicle, both of which had to be direct shipped. $40 in shipping for about 5 pounds in items. Not cool. All ECS has to do is list these shipping prices appropriately, which of course they do not.

we're ecs tuning we're badass store, i ordered from you a cts intake for mk7 without SAI the breather, because my fuc*ing car is europe edition and i doesn't have this sh*tty breather on my car, and when i get my shipment i surprised it dose not have the the fuc*ing vacuum that must be attached to the high flow pipe to connect it to vacuum!!! what should i say??? after 25 days of waiting my wrong shipment??
