Orange Melopita (Greek Honey Cheesecake)

Ever since I came across this recipe, I've been in love. This cheesecake is the Greek God of cheesecakes. Made with honey and freshly made homemade ricotta, it's like a breath of warmth and pure sweetness. The oranges make sure it doesn't taste eggy and the ricotta with honey is a classic. And how can I forget, it's super healthy and low in calories but definitely not in deliciousness. YUM!
