I may have my issues with Super7 but this definitely does make me respect them a lot for going back on Rat King and trying to work it out for everyone.

Thank you Super7! Push back at Playmates. I've never been a toy collector but you're TMNT line brought me into a new hobby. I had all the 80s originals, and you made them perfect. If playmates doesn't realize you're making them more sales because of this line, they're kidding themselves. Here's a data point: I've purchased 9 playmates re-releases for my son because of you're reimagining. I'm sure I'm not alone. Playmates should be happy you're doing what you're doing.

I started the TMNT line to get collector versions of the 90s toyline. If they aren't really don't that anymore, then my time in TMNT Ultimates has come to an end. Based on the vague answers given in the video.

I'll go ahead and say that I'm very happy Brian and the rest of Super7 listened to the majority and are gonna try to give us a Rat King that's closer to the vintage toy. However, now that I've seen handsome Rat King... I kinda still want him? Part of me is hoping one or two alternate heads are still the handsome Rat King, with the main head still being the gross-out vintage head (or a head that's close enough to it, if I'm understanding the wording right).

Respect to Brian for trying to explain the Rat King(and future sculpts) difficulties. I think a lot of the community has an idea of what's happening behind the scenes and it can be difficult to adjust. Luckily there's a lot of different Rat King versions, even within the Mirage and Archie comics that have differences from the cartoon and vintage figure counterparts. I have faith that they'll find inspiration that doesn't step on too many toes.

Lot of respect to Brian for listening to the fans regarding ratking we most of us weren't too thrilled about it. Honestly I am not that cool with the version they made of ninja April, not because it's not like the playmates toy which I disliked, but rather I think she looks too plain an cartoony, which was the same problem Rat king had. What I like about this line it's the more intricate designs and painting, and weapons, she feels like April in a store bought costume, I would prefer of going more dramatic, much beyond regular April. Like compare the level of detail and wackiness there's on the alternative turtles like Rocker Leo or a Cyborg Beebop, that's what I would prefer with alternative versions of the basic characters, go big or go home🔥

Looking forward to the Karai announcement. I think this will be the first time we see a toyline version or Mirage inspired Karai figure.

I would like a 5 pack of alt head sculpts for TMNT or MMPR. Like new MMPR Heads with the new human face printing technology or additional TMNT heads for maybe 5 different characters (good opportunity to get a new April and Green Tommy.)

The Karai news was incredible! I was so bummed that we weren't getting that Karai figure, that I didn't even order wave 10.. Finally.. I had decided to stop.. but on this news, I'll be ordering wave 10 once the revised listing goes up, and seeing S7 also doing the free shipping to match the bbts/EA is good news as well, as they can get more first party $$ from their customers. I haven't ordered directly from S7 for awhile because it was cheaper to order from the 3rd party.

The whole point of the line is a nod to the original toyline, which is why we’re all collecting it so if you aren’t doing updated versions of the vintage figures then what’s the point of collectors collecting this line going forward?

Super7 just needs to work with Playmates Toys to be able to use the toy likenesses (even though it’s all owned by Nickelodeon) so that this line can continue to be something we all want.

Pulling back Rat King is a step in the right direction.
