$400 for a controller is insane. You can get a whole new PS5 console for that money. I bought a face button clicky set, a trigger and bumper clicky set, a led light set so you can light up facebuttons and sticks, I also bought a stick set so you can change sticks and a backpaddle set with four backpaddels, all for $ 144 and installed it myself and it was super easy. It was just following a YouTube video. It took 30 minutes, and you can freely choose which buttons and sticks to program for the four paddles.
