Graham Nash has an uncanny ability to create some of the most majestic, beautiful and well-considered harmonies that I've ever heard.

This is my favorite part of the documentary. So cool. No autotune.

What a world that brings a Canadian, Brit and American together to sing the most beautiful harmonies ever

Drink’n their beers and doing fine harmonies. Sound recorders messing up. They seem to be having a good time.

I worked in this room during the 1980's. The studio was called A and Recording 799 7 ave on the maintenance department. The room was absolutely a magic room. The last session in this room before the building was torn down was Frank Sinatra "LA is my lady." What a world!!

Hey this is very cool. I feel like a fly on the wall. Very cool to see how it’s done and to see them in such high spirits. I’m a bit surprised however, that none of them found the camera to be intrusive.

"she was murdered here"
"did they get it on tape?"

When they recorded at Record Plant, LA, I used an RCA ribbon mike. More warmth to their beautiful harmonies.

That's brilliant. Nash is sucking up to Neil, who appears to love the attention. But Stills is hillarious; he's obviously high and slightly pissed at Neil's brilliance. Hamming it up like a good 'un.

Sadly all Neil talks about is HIGH QUALITY. This was only released on a 2002 DVD 😅 Still amazing but was mad I didn’t have a Blu-ray option

Graham is getting the story slightly mixed up.

Evelyn Nesbit was “the girl in the red velvet swing” - an underage girlfriend of architect Stanford White. It’s possible the studio isolated where White’s apartment was.

She was not murdered, however. Years later, her husband, jealous of her relationship (which may have still been going on) with White, shot him while watching an act on the rooftop of Madison Square Garden, which was a restaurant.

A pretty sordid mess, known as the trial of the century, it got a lot of attention at the time.
