This is really great stuff. Your ability to EXPLAIN the different options in this case of the Eagle Pose is incredible. You won't get this kind of instruction in a yoga class but you can certainly take what you learn here into your class. Why do the poses wrong when Man Flow shows you your options to do it right. Your candor in telling us there are certain poses even you can't do (and you are Mr. Yoga) gives the rest of us yogis hope.
