few things
- blushy faces dont always correlate to suggestive themes, lots of people just want cutesy characers yknow (im not talking about the weird obviously lewd ones just the normal ones)
- furries are not inherently nsfw!! there are tons and tons of perfectly fine and normal furries out there. its just a small group of weirdos and creeps that ruined the image for all of them and made really really bad name for them

like im not saying that everything in these categories are sfw and innocent, i know theres plenty of weird ones, and i dont defend them. i think its very creepy and not okay to have nsfw stuff in a literal kids game. im just trying to give a little insight yknow- dont always judge something based off of first sight

to be fair, furry is far from "generally nsfw" imo. like every single fandom, its gonna have an nsfw side plus an unhealthy dose of genuine creeps. it just so happens that that side gets focused on more by people on the internet who are just looking for a "gotcha!"
funny thing I feel like should be pointed out more - the majority of furries started out as kids who just loved to play pretend as animals (like myself), which again, is the farthest thing from generally nsfw. if I were a kid like that on roblox today, i would be sooo excited to see all those options

I think factors affecting this are:
1- Roblox making ugc available for everybody instead of keeping it only for selected users
2- adding an age rating system
3- lack of decent moderation

The blush isn't just for corn addicts, it's for stuff like makeup, that's how I use it, sometimes for Instagram filters, because I have rosey cheeks (the face ones it's not what you think you weirdo) meaning a LOT of people ask me "do you wear heavy makeup?" (My eyelashes look fake, I have naturally given eyeshadow, I have redish-pink lips, etc.) And I reply "no it's just given to me by genetics." So I use the blushes to make a more (not too much) realistic version of myself on avatar creators.
