Some games from this era had such a distinct blend of cartoony style and earnest adventure. I love the personality they have!
And it's a shame a lot of them are forgotten now. They have a ton of charm.

This game never got the love it deserves. Hard as hell, but not in a cheap way. Beautiful art style. And if you're willing to grind a bit, you'll get a LOT stronger as you go along.

Dear god I can't believe I managed playing this game all the way through the underworld when I was only 7, but fail miserably when that first armored knight showed up. Brutal game to start playing PS2 with that's for sure lol

I was so young when I played this game, I remember it like it was a dream, fragments, bits and pieces. I really want to a remaster.

I remember my childhood best friend Andres had this game on his PS2 and we beat it so many times. I ended up moving away when i was 9 years old and didnt see him again. He passed away in 2018 at the age of 22. RIP Andres and thank you for the great memories 🙏🏽

Rented this and loved it back in the day. I grew up on Ghouls N Ghosts long ago, so I love challenging games. I see the Dark Souls series as a sort of spiritual successor, even though it's not related.

I think I was 15 when I realized this was essentially a 3D version of Ghouls & Ghosts. Even has the same music in one stage.
