The fallen stomps and its not even close. Nova was only a pawn for the d.void and was seemingly killed by galvatron who was controlled by the dead universe.
Any amount of strength goes to the fallen as his statements of immeasurable strength and feats such as catching grimlocks sword with zero effort and ripping open blitzwings cell without trying, and litterally slapping all the insecticons into nothing.
The fallen from dreawave is insanely well spoken and intelligent using words bots like jet fire can barely understand.
Durability isnt even a question, the fallen(dreamwave) cannot be killed merely temporarily contained and survived being sucked into a supermassive black hole with no problem and surviving being ripped apart by the void between dimensions, nova was killed by optimus just punching a hole through him.
Hax, abilities, ap also go to the fallen as he is the gaurdian of entropy and entropy itself, he could simply just erase nova from existence with just a thought, he also has control over any sort of dark magic which would give him power over the dead universe, and his obvious telekinesis.

Statements alone put the fallen leagues above nova as he is deemed the omniversal tyrant threatening the entire multiversal stream as he obviously also scales higher than nova.
