Mine was around 74-76, but I am also a very anxious person and as I was feeling my pulse it almost felt like my heart took breaks every 10-15 beats or so and when I felt it "skip" I got scared and my heart started to race so my heart rate is probably a bit lower. Idk..

My heart rate is always around 100 to 120, even at rest. I can feel my heart pounding soo hard often in my chest. I don’t even have to feel anywhere to get my heart rate, I just count the beats I feel in my upper left chest area, don’t even have to put my hand on my chest, I just feel the beating. Doesn’t bother me so I’m used to it. Seems normal to me.
