HD usually has roll around 6' Bakers scaffolds for Black Friday door busters special. Would really be good for your ceiling work. Then use for a work bench or storage shelf.

I agree you guys should use that old dried wood for the fireplace. It will be quick to burn.

Do you have stilts? Once you get used to them they work great for that ceiling work.. keep up the progress.. the town people still excited?

Those flimsy boards are more than likely left over lath from the old lath and plaster celing when the bank was built. Bust the plaster off and they would have been fine to attach the drywall to.

How nice to follow Your restoring of the old bank👍 Keep up the good Work, I like the Way You approach it. Little advice, You need 1 or 2 Wheelbarrels and a 2m/6ft scaffold on wheels with breaks. I use it a lot for everything I do here in Denmark. Big hello from the Danish Handyman 😀👍🔧🔨🔩🎶☕️

why not jump battery with the car's than she could drive van around (unhooked from trailer of course) to charge up battery?
