Toyota Previa Estima Tarago Serpentine Belt Change

This is the 2nd time I have done this, tried to get better angles for filming this time. Replacing serpentine belt on 2002 Toyota Tarago ACR30. same as 2000-2005 Estima and Previa.

Great video, but as someone who completed the same few hours back I'd like to add two points here:
1. The belt you are using on the video is 7PK1930 while from the factory it's 7PK1920 (Toyota 90916-02600) which is 10mm shorter. And while 10mm doesn't sound like much and 7PK1930 can be installed, but tensioner won't be able to apply proper/optimal tension to the belt, and when the belt will be stretched after some use it might start loosing tension at all. I had this with Dayco 7PK1930 - and while the belt was still alright without any cracks, it slipped from time to time especially on idle, installing Gates 7PK1920 solved it.
2. Because the original belt is 10mm shorter you won't be able to squeeze it over the alternator pulley during the installation, and you actually shouldn't. You will need to push the belt around pulley which is between alternator and Aircon compressor. (just bellow the alternator). That pulley has rounded corners, and it's much easier to push the belt over it.

Hello I have followed all your instructions all went great now I have dash lights coming on and air conditioner stops working ect never had an issue until I changed the belt
