i dont have Clouds in my photoshop filter, how to get ?

When I first saw the thumbnail, I could have sworn the sky and clouds were a real photograph! It sure fooled me!

The cloud brush preset isn't a texture option. I also can't add it as an option. Any suggestions on how to get it?

Hi Marty, I followed along with your excellent tutorial twice and the cloud text in my end result isn't nowhere near as bright as yours. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am using white for the color of my text, just like you've done. Can you help?
