RODE K2 vs NEUMANN U87 (Matching EQ on K2)

Excuse my performance, it was recorded within 20 minutes. All tracks in one take.
The purpose of this video is not to make the Rode K2 sound the same as the Neumann, the point is to show that with a little work with EQ you can achieve the same sound, in other words I want to encourage musicians that you don't need to buy overpriced microphones to get a professional result.

I have now decided to reveal the truth about this video. And the truth is that I used these two RODE K2 and Neumann microphones in the test however I swapped the microphone names in the video. Because I assumed that some people would be influenced by the reputation of the Neumann brand which would affect their objectivity.. And that's what happened. I shared this video on several discussion forums and many listeners commented that Neumann is more 3D, has more dynamics, better highs or louds frequencies. :) So where the name Neumann appears, you actually hear Rode and vice versa.

Can you possibly provide the EQ band by band so us who cant afford Pro-Q can dial that into a free full featured eq

First of all thanks for the video and this great performance. With the performance like this the microphone is irrelevant mostly.
Second, thanks for this almost blind test, to my ears they are the same, or so similar that it does not matter. Also, U87 is not a benchmark that everyone needs to achieve, it has its own character, whether it works in its favour or not, it depends.
And lastly, I am thinking about getting a tube mic. I had the NTK more than 10 years ago, I never liked it, then I had U87, C414, now NT1 and those NTK recordings of mine was the best I made.
As I said, the microphone is really not a limiting factor most of the time if the performance is good and those differences can be achieved with the EQ curve and added saturation, however I would like a new toy. And now I am thinking about the Lewit Pure Tube, and this old K2.

both the song, recordings and the match are superb. Makes me wanna get K2, or perhaps I should get RODE NTK ? I hear it's also a good tube mic but with cardioid only. Hmmm..

You can tell the U87 has a little more range than the Rode K2. But only after listening hard for a little bit. At first they sound very similar
