Every time I open my Mac I receive notifications in the top right corner saying I have malware. Is there a way to stop that and how can I truly indentify applications that are malicious in the activity monitor section.

Now if I get clean my Mac is there a possibility that I still might have to create a new user or should the clean my Mac solve all my problems cuz I keep getting files I didn’t download added to my computer

Everytime I start up my Mac I’m finding in my iCloud folder about 150 folders labeled with different 2 letter words or 2 numbers and I delete them in trash and they pop back up what do you think it is or what do you recommend I do
