How do you create a committee to solve homelessness? Let’s say the mayor creates a department to combat the issue. How much is the pay for this job? 100k a year salary on the low side? In that case, it would benefit this group to not solve homelessness, otherwise they would be out of a job. I think it has to be a reward based salary. Like 60k a year but if you solve the issue you get a 500k bonus. Something like that.

Who ever becomes Governor of LA County will need to install living quarters ( beds ) asap. Especially when the food banks are empty. Who going to be able to donate by the time the Biden Regime gets done with us, we will be foraging for our own families.
The Government as we know it has increased the laws on the books and have made it hard on the working class folk. Those laws have busted up a lot of homes and families and jobs. With out jobs you can not keep food on the table, a roof over your head, nor shoes on your feet. Let me not fail to mention the fact that working class folk have to keep up with medical insurance and or life insurance and auto insurance and home policies that are due every month. The Algorithms they use only work for the top three % of the people. I don't have anything against the Rich folk, because most of them keep us in jobs. But, when they can't keep afloat! We all go down the drain.
