I want to give this man a hug and pay for his first music lesson. I’m 25 and have been struggling with so much self esteem to learn guitar again because I feel like it’s past my time. This guy made me realize I should just do it! I hope he gets to learn an instrument!!! I know how you feel sir!!! Music is everything !

At 73, my piano playing father finally got to take piano lessons to learn how to READ music. He had always played by ear and learned from his mother. He put me learning as a kid ahead of himself, and I love him for that. It's never too late to learn, be blessed y'all

Because he thought his parents couldn’t afford a musical instrument so he never asked. What a good considerate kid he must have been. Parents would do anything for their kids and he didn’t want to put them in that position. He is still a gentleman to this date.

I pray this guy take up a musical instrument. My oldest student is 76 years old. It's not too late! You can find plenty of upright pianos FREE on craigslist. Go for it! Piano is the gateway for all instruments. Start a YT and keep us updated. Blessings

“I feel like it’s in me” these words are so special. My son said this about music back when he was 8 years old and I was home schooling him. I thought it was a silly random thing he said, and then I stopped and thought about it for a minute and WOW the perspective it gave me ❤

It's never too late and never too soon to start, especially when it feels true to you. When it feels aligned, it won't take much time for you to master it, since it will feel effortless for you to do it.

Like when some successful people say "I've always felt like I had it in me, I've always felt I could do it" - just let go of the resistance towards it and let yourself shine.

I finished college without knowing how to play any musical instruments. No one in my family does so I thought it’s normal not to know it, but deep inside my heart, I know that I like to learn to play. When I started to work, I bought myself a ukulele and an electric piano. I tried both but it seems that I am learning more songs easily in ukulele. After 2 years of playing, I want to learn to play drums.

At 73 I hope he learns to play an instrument now. He has time. My grandfather started playing piano in his 60’s and passed away in his 90’s. That’s a long run of enjoying a passion he had. Please go get the lessons and put that regret in the past. 🙏

I can speak 4 languages & plays piano. And travelled, too. I am now living in Ecuador. Glad to know that I am doing something good. I thought my life was so boring comparing to others.

Starting to learn how to play a musical instrument will never be too late. As long as you live, as long as you have limbs (some even don't), you could still learn to play music.

Such a sweet man to not want to make his parents pay for lessons when he was young. You are never too old to learn! Please take lessons now! I didn’t learn a instrument for the same reasons. My son showed interest in guitar and he is in private lessons, and loves it! I see many adults taking lessons too! Never give up!
