Ugh I can't believe I missed your live 😔. After you used the 24k gold and sterling silver I went out and bought them. Haven't used the silver yet but I love the gold. You're paint mix video helped me soo much. I was having such a hard time getting my consistency right and your tutorial helped me get it right. Some paints I add more or less water to so that the consistency is even with the different bodied paints. I still have a lot to learn but hopefully someday I will be equal to your quality. Good luck with the job search. I will keep you in my prayers that you find something quickly.

Hi Kanella, I missed your live presentation because I was visiting my Mom, but I watched it later when I got home, loved it😀👍❤️!!
You were talking about a swipe you did that ended up with a Juno hair in it, and how the customer said to leave it in😀, I had a similar incident happen with me and one of my paintings😂; I had just finished a painting, took a picture of it while it was still wet, posted it on Facebook Market, and sold it within a couple of hours😀👍!! While it was drying over night my cat must have jumped up on my table and swished the tip of her tail across the wet painting, which left a small swish mark (I now cover my paintings - lesson learned😀). I was so upset, so I contacted the buyer, told her what had happened, sent her a picture of the swish mark, and said if she didn’t want it I would understand. She said she barely noticed it, and not to worry she still wanted it😀👍👏!!! When she came to pick it up, she said if I didn’t point it out to her she would have never noticed the swish mark😀👍!! She was still very happy with the painting!!

I use red all the time for those asking. I use black, gold, burnt sienna, silver, purples. so many cool colors go with red. (I also use paints of all cost from dollar store to Golden. It depends on the technique you are doing to if the cheaps will work or not.) For the one that asked about love it. Its sold at Michaels and is rebranding so was really on sale recently. Kanella I love love love your canister idea. They are beautiful.

Sorry to hear you lost your job Kanella that’s always horrible but frankly their big loss is our big gain and hopefully you can spend lots of time on your art in the short amount of time it will take you to get another accounting job. Flood Floetrol is sold in Australia & New Zealand too -the containers look exactly the same as what Kanella uses so I assume its the same product. Bunnings in Australia stocks it, as does Bunnings & Mitre10 in New Zealand. I'm in New Zealand & found it much cheaper than the hardware stores with a painting & decorating company in Christchurch, with courier it still works out about $16 cheaper for the large container.
