All these techniques usually end up working, but cause me pain while I'm using the bathroom. Like, really bad pain. And nausea. Is there any way I can do these exercises, and avoid the pain at the same time? Or do I just have to deal with the pain, cause sometimes, the pain can be unbearable. As of right now, I'm having bad stomach cramping, and it feels like I'm being stabbed multiple times in the stomach. If this continues happening, I may end up committing suicide, cause I don't wanna live the rest of my life like this! What do I do?? 🤔
