I bit the bullet and ordered this catback today. If anything it may be a bit quieter than I am looking for, but that is a simple fix. I can always add a header and or front pipe down the road. Thats the benefit of a system like this. If you start off with a loud catback to begin with any other mods that actually make more power are going to make it sound way too loud, droney and obnoxious.

I am considering this catback for my 22 as well. This is the 1st time I have heard it on the 2.4. Do you have any thoughts\impressions of the system? Any noticeable drone? I do a lot of highway driving and that is an important factor for me. I know on the old gen cars this system was said to be one of the best as far as not droning. I also would love to see more vids with from inside and out. Just not the famous camera mounted to the bumper exhaust video. IDK why people do that. That does not give an accurate sound of anything unless people are hanging their head out of the trunk. LOL

Did you get it at Five Star Subaru? I was trying to buy mine there, but they were all spoken for, had to drive to New Orleans to pick mine up. Exhaust sounds great!

I’ve noticed on the borla site for this exhaust that they do not have it listed for the 2nd gen brz, was it a direct install or did you have to do some modifications to make it fit?

Do the exhaust tips centre properly in the stock bumper cutouts or are there fitment issues? Seems like others have installed this on the 2022 GR86 without issues. Sounds great.

I have the same exhaust as you and I put it on today but my fitment isn't the same. The pipes are more inwards and not even with each other. What should I do?

still no sound from exhaust, you have to remove muffler to get some sound from it with stock pipes
