There's an interesting fact about this. Icon was originally going to solely make this movie, but due to financial trouble, Lionsgate decided to collaborate with Icon. Icon is also the UK distributor for Thomas and the Magic Railroad. How I got into Postman Pat: The Movie was when I first saw the DVD in a store and when I saw the Icon logo on the back cover, Thomas and the Magic Railroad was in my mind.

I remember back in 2014 I heard an ad for this movie on the radio, then right after that ad the radio presenter started talking about how stupid he thought this movie sounded. I completely agree with that radio presenter.

Idk if if you're aware but there's a new Ryan Coogler movie coming out this March 2025 called Sinners which stars Hailee Steinfeld. You should give that film some sort of recognition because anything Hailee is in should not be missed especially with Ryan Coogler as the director.
