D1 Coach tells truth about recruiting

In today's video, I'll talk about the reality of the recruiting process from my time coaching & recruiting at the D1 level. 

The recruiting landscape has changed a lot over the years, and doing this on your own can feel like an overwhelming task.

I love how they throw us if this takes on high school kids that make it to the next level, that's only represents those that actually trying to get to college.. most don't pursue it so those statistics mean nothing
