Aikido warm-up exercises. Shodokan taiso approach.

This sequence of exercises should help you become more fit, flexible, stronger and more aware and confident about your body and your ability. Work on a soft surface and, to get the most out of these exercises, please try to do them 3 to 4 times a week.
Don't push yourself too hard, and be cautious as you approach each section.
