Went to reinstall the insert and managed to drop the screw down inside the can between the walls. I can get another screw but should I be concerned about the runaway screw causing any problems? Thank you, Yoshimura, for the great products that I've been using since the 1980s.

On the RS4 for my CRF300L Rally, the placement of the retaining screw made it impossible to break the seal with an allen key. I stuck a grill lighter on the inside of the silencer to heat it up a bit and hopefully break the thread locker, and the screw then came out easily once it was heated. That said, the bend in the insert combined with bolt hole location made for some finicky fiddling and frustration getting the spark arrestor in. Now that it’s done though, it sounds amazing and I don’t have to worry about burning down the West.

I have a crf 250 l with a rs4 is the insert a spark arrester because I want those sweet flames and it’s a full yoshi system

I just bought a R77 full system for my XMAX (it's the Asian version, Japan/Thailand) and it only came with a simple no-aluminum end cap insert... so I bought one separately and funny enough it wouldn't fit, is there different diameter sizes or it's a one-size-fit-all design that I need to muscle my way into place? (Apologies Yoshimura US for asking about a system that's not US origin but I don't know where I can get an answer for my problem)

I just installed my AT2 on my MT09 and it sounds beautiful but my neighbor complain ... Lol I'm waiting for the insert I just bought yesterday and they still complaining so be it . I loved the way it changes the color from stainless to some kind of gold bronceish

So I bought a rs4 for my ktm 890 adventure r, do I get the most power without an insert or is it best to get a debaffle insert

With the insert in will the noise be the same as the original standard exhaust parts or louder? How about emissions. Are they better or worse than the factory fitted parts? I'm concerned about legality.

If the screw secures the insert onto the pipe, why the heck are the inserts so tight? Crazy. I'm thinking of putting some ice on my insert to shrink it in order to get this damn thing out.

My baffle measures 45mm but I can't find any inserts measuring for that. Unless the measurement is for something else? It's an RS4 can any help would be appreciated

Dear Yoshimura, SA-14-K is the spark arrestor I bought for a 2015 Honda Grom with RS-9 exhaust. When I opened the package, the instructions said not for carbon sleeves. That’s what I have. Is there a different spark arrestor I should get ? Thank you !

Just purchased a RS 4 signature series slip-on. Long baffle with screen won't come out so, I can insert just the spark arrestor. Removed screw and tapped from the other end with wood. KTM 450. Help. Thanks.

My RS 4T has a welded screw for baffle removal, is it not supposed to be removed?

I got an arrestor for my RS4 mounted to my CRF300L Rally, Would wiring a "small" amount of SS wool around the mesh of the arrestor make it quieter again?
