HOW I REFRESH MY 2C/3A CURLS (using only 1 product!)

This is my go to refresh routine when I just don't have time to wash and restyle! There are so many different ways you can refresh curly hair and none of them are wrong, this is just what I found works best for my hair :)

Without all the talking and filming it usually takes me about 5-7 minutes to do this. Hugeee time saver!

FINALLY someone with my hair type! I feel like 2c-3a hair is not represented enough in the curly hair community, since it's in the critical line between waves and curls.
Your videos are on point and I am definitely going to use your tips to see if I can get that balance of volume and definition, without weighting down my hair (which is a huge problem for me).
Thank you for your videos and keep up the good work!

Finally a channel for 2c/3a haired girls! Most YouTube content is focused on 3b-4c hair and always made me question if hair was curly enough or pretty enough during the beginning of my curly hair journey. So I'm glad to see some representation for our curl texture!

I’m absolutely ecstatic that I’ve found your channel. I can’t believe we share the exact same hair type! Nobody in my family has anything near to curly hair so it’s been a loooonggg journey trying to find what works for me. This helps me feel a lot less alone. I would love to ask you a few things, but of course I don’t want to overload you with my questions 😅 New subbie without a doubt 🙌💜

The most annoying thing about my curly hair is that I have to wet it completely for a refresh. I’ve never had a damp refresh turn out nicely.
Glad I found your channel. I’ve watched a couple videos and just subscribed!

I LOVE how detailed you are when you explain things because it makes it so easy to understand ! I’ve been looking for someone on YouTube with my same hair type for a hot minute and I finally found you girl !! I’ve never met anyone who’s bottom half of their hair is more wavy and even straight like me and lowkey felt bad cause I thought I just had bad hair. Thank you so much for this mija I’m so grateful 💛

Finally!! Someone with a 2c/3a curls is making videos...people are telling me that I have a straight hair and in my culture thats a beauty sign! But I always notice some waves in my hair and many times I get curls! But since my hair is smooth and not so dry or afro, people seem to think it's straight and they kinda made me believe that too! They think that no one with a smooth sleek hair can have curls...duh
You curls are like mine...but your hair is way too thicker and longer it's really beautiful 😍

I can totally relate to the different hair textures/patterns that you found in your hair. I be having those straight pieces too that sometimes refuse to curl up. Thank you for sharing your refresh technique. Super helpful!👍🥰

now this, THIS is 2c/3a hair. I have seen a bunch of tutorials and routines with people with 2b hair claiming it’s 2c/3a.. 🤣😂

Hair twin! 🤍 I’m so glad I came across your videos. I know a lot about my hair honestly but I love seeing others’ routines just so I can learn better! & you’re so so beautiful. Tip: Use a satin cloth or use a little bit of oil on your hands before you scrunch the crunch. Otherwise you are most likely to create more frizz.

Makes me feel so much better about my curl pattern seeing yours have almost straight bits on day 3! After wash day some of my curls just go haywire and makes it look like I don’t have curly hair. Love seeing how yours looks wet/finger coiled too cause proves to me I’m doing the technique right for my pattern! I just don’t have as much curl on the roots as you unfortunately

I love your videos!! I have 2c/3a hair too, & I like how you get straight to the point! Also, I love how you don't use an insane amount of products, which makes it so doable to have beautiful hair like yours. Keep it up!

Marissa, hi! I'm kind of an addict of curly hair videos, so I am happily surprised that I've learned some new stuff from you (I watched your frizz/definition video too). And it wasn't all that complicated! Thank you so much! My curl pattern is very similar to yours too, so I am feeling hopeful that I might be able to achieve better results than I've been getting. Yay!
