I'm owning this phone since a week from now, and i'm really happy with it, takes great photos, even the heaviest games are more than playable, maybe not AS smooth as the higher end phones but definently good, battery life is OK, downside is that it doesnt have gorilla glass, and believe it or not the build quality is not as good as expected, you can see the lights of the capacitive buttons through the bezel in dark and the back cover is really flimsy, nevertheless it feels great in the hand.

Pretty good phone, I bought this back in January and it is adequate for the price back then. I'm in the U.S. and it was $250 back then and now it's only $200! With jellybean, it lags a little bit, power button is hard to press sometimes. Other than that, it is a good mid-range smartphone. The ram is only 750 mb, but that is more than enough if you are not a heavy user

I am "investigating" right now and it depends on your priorites:
S3 mini pros: better performance, software functions from S3, compass, NFC, Super AMOLED
cons: battery life (some users report they struggle to "survive" one day without charging), cheap looking plastic cover
Desire X: pros: HTC Sense, nice design, decent performance, much better battery life (2 days without a problem)
cons: less software and hardware features than S3
I prefer battery life, so Desire X will be mine soon :)

I can say that this phone rocks. I got it a few days ago, used it a lot and it works perfectly. I sideloaded Wild Blood, which is a really heavy game, and it runs it without a problem.
