With the amount of space in between each section you could make this the ultimate theater and sleep over shindig… make the seats some pull out beds. Or you could bring in some mobile tables and make it a dining theater.

Because those seats are Hermes, and looking at the cost of basic sofas on their site... are probably over $100k + /each ....sooo about $1.4M + in just sofas?

The 2nd best imax theater I've seen in a mansion is in a josh altman mansion tour video and that one had the same seats just a different color and a 400 inch screen just nuts!

It's an awesome space... but the down side of this room (and so many others in this house) is that unless it's a party every other day, it'd feel weird and empty to try to enjoy the space on your own. The house is like walking through a deserted high end hotel. O_o
