Hinge pulled out of IKEA cabinet door - Reparation with 3D printied cover - Hinge Repair Kit

If the hinge screws have broken out of a cabinet door and taken chunks of the particleboard with them.....screwing them back will simply not work: ) One can use a glue, or some kind of screw inserts....here another strategy is proposed. Simply make a customized hinge cover to secure the fixed hinge.

Nice reinforcement. To be honest, you can buy a narrow and short steel connector plate, many sizes available, which would do the same thing (also called mending or repair plates). It would also last longer being steel, have a smaller profile, and are very cheap (pennies/cents each).
