We do have this in the US. They are usually combo glosses. NYX cosmetics comes to mind. Usually, companies in the US just don't sell the gloss seal individually.

Korff is a pretty nice makeup/skincare brand that you buy at the pharmacy here (like Vichy, Roc, Avene, Caudalie, and La Roche Posay). It’s dermatologically tested and safe for people with some specific kinds of allergies and skin conditions. That gloss usually retails anywhere from 15(if found on sale) to 22 euros. Can we stop trying to pass this thing that shops in Italy will scam you? Street vendors might do that and some restaurants in very touristy locations suck despite being crazy expensive… but that’s just about everywhere…

its actually called lip laquer :) It acts as a lipstick, but shines like a gloss. Im in canada but im pretty sure america carries them.
