I lost my job about a month ago due to my major depressive disorder. Lost myself completely. But I’m back to the beginning where I felt like the best version of myself. Exercising, eating healthier, meditation, reading, etc. I want y’all to know that regardless of the struggles-the storm will pass. But you have to be the one to pick yourself back up. It’s up to you and only you to make the changes. You are so loved. Sending love and light to all of you ❤️✨
