Hi Cathy, maybe ignore the texture of the snail mucin and focus on its effectiveness because i currently use the cosRx moisturizer and so far it’s great on my skin and I’m definitely buying it again.

from this list, i've only tried the ordinary AHA BHA, and it's worked quite well for me! i use it once to twice a week. my particular skin seems to be able to handle the strong acids no problem; i've fortunately never had burning or damage. but i can totally see why it"s not for everyone!

i have super sensitive skin (eczema, fair skinned, burn easily, used to be on accutane and it made me permanently crusty lol) and the ordinary aha bha is great for sensitive skin IF you use it as a SPOT treatment once a week. if you go slathering it all over your face three times a week, of course it’s gonna dry you out! i’ve had the same bottle for a year (i know i know time to throw it away) and you just have to put a tiny dot on your pimple or maybe even just your problem areas and then use a really good moisturizer after.

My heart dropped when i saw the cerave vitamin c;; but its true about the packaging exploding, not to mention it goes bad quickly after opening or at least mine did...yet i still loved what it did for my skin lololol

Totally agree with that the ordinary bha thing. I tried to warm my skin up to it, doing it just as a spot treatment once/week, then tried to use it as a full mask, I had to stop using all products for a week on my face it burned me so badly. I mean my skin was raw
