Oh wow I never thought about doing it on firefight. I did it at the beginning of ONI sword base with the cowbell skull on and chucking a grenade at the first forklift

I spent an hour in campaign trying this in multiple levels on Easy. I managed to run into and kill a grunt a couple of times, but it did not get me it. This was struggling forever to hit them at all. This guide helps immensely!

I got it on ONI Sword base the second try but by pure accident. I had a sticky land near me while I was on forklift right at the start where the grunts rush you (under the first catwalk). The sticky flipped me over two grunts and squashed both of them.

I did this in the custom game mode he mentioned in the first swing. Glad I looked it up instead of ripping my hair out trying to do it in a story mission

Damn, can’t believe that worked.

While you’re at it, use custom skulls to give enemies 10% health and yourself 3000% or whatever the highest damage is, make your enemies nearsighted and deaf, and make them all skirmishers to help with that achievement as well.

Works great still (July 2020, PC), so thanks for this strategy. I put character speed on 300% so I wouldn't need sprint. Minor tweak that helped a little.
