WHY New Players Should NOT Craft - Albion Online

There are a few reasons why crafting is not a good idea for new players in Albion Online. First, crafting requires a lot of knowledge about the game's economy and crafting mechanics. New players do not have this knowledge, and they are likely to lose silver by crafting. This video will explain how and why you will lose silver as a new player.

Second, crafting is time-consuming. It takes time to gather the resources, craft the items, and then sell them on the market. New players do not have a lot of time, and they are better off spending their time doing other things, such as fame farming or strengthening their economy.

Third, crafting is not profitable for new players. The market is flooded with crafted items, and the prices are very low. New players are unlikely to make any money by crafting due to being unable to access guild halls, hideouts, and high tier laborers.

If you are a new player, I recommend that you focus on other aspects of the game and only worry about crafting once you've secured a large amount of silver and have famed up both gathering and combat specs to better enjoy Albion Online.

Thank you for the video, I believe one of the most useful ever. I'm a new player, I started 2 months ago and I played close to 5 days total (in game). I'm following your hints, I focus on gathering, I do 800k per hour, I have lvl 5 guild hall and 20 labourers. I coulnd not have been in such a good position without your suggestions. Albion is really full of ways to waste silver, the problem is that no one tells you these things (99.9% of the content is PvP). Thank you

As a new player to the MMORPG sandbox type of style game play, I was excited to start crafting and looking forward to a new journey from all the shooting games I played, sadly enough albion was the first game I came across and we'll yea the crafting is overwhelming and time consuming. Any other suggestions I can play because albion is really not making me happy. I got all crafts to T6, but that is only lvl 30, now its time to get to T7, and I dont know if its possible to increasse all crafts to lvl 60.

How do you rotate when you place in your house? I tried shift + mouse wheel like it says but doesnt work. Houses are cluttered and its a pain. Like how your laborers are up against the wall like this.

Many new player doesn't even bother to learn the game on yt..they skip tutorial..and come as beggar then destroy the market, in my opinion this is what happen in albion east.

would a good loop for a new player be: Gather hide, buy personal island, get laborers (what books?), build tanner, tan all hide and sell? would that bring good silver or not worth it? for a new player.
