Love the presentation so much and probably the best presentation box among all jewelers. However at $1, 800 dollars that ring is very expensive coz an an 18kt gold band like that costs not more than $400.

So they won’t strip the gold unless you asked them to polish it.... the cleaning does not remove any gold! That what I was told when I bought my Cartier ring.
