Thanks a million. I tried to do this for ten minutes, stopping for fear I was going to break the motor, shaft or worse. After watching the video only halfway through, I was able to do it in less than a minute. That rear wiper had been terrible for years.

2019 highlander has same set up; you would expect that Toyota might include in their several hundred page manual to address "replacement of wiper blades". As all who have found this video, they do not. But thanks to this very helpful very well done video: problem solved. Thank you, now a subscriber.

Thank you for this! I strongly recommend that people don't leave the arm unattended in the extended position because if it snaps back it will likely crack the glass.
