Second Harvest Thank You | Community Kitchen

Community Kitchen would love to give a huge THANK YOU to Second Harvest for choosing Community Kitchen to give their Frontline Impact-Alberta Award to. We would also like to offer a big congrats and thank you to our warehouse team of Steve, Garry, Alfredo and Lorrie for all their hard work regarding our Spinz-A-Round program, amongst all the pieces they support the team on. Second Harvest operates as a no-waste, no-hunger model.
They find surplus, edible food that businesses can’t use, and through their food recovery network, get it to the people in our communities who need it. We are grateful for their partnership, and look forward to working together to provide for communities for many more years to come!

Community Kitchen is a non-profit organization that focuses on education and nutrition. Each month, there will be a new video that teaches people a simple recipe with a featured ingredient from the Good Food Box.
