Coming here to comment after I made this recipe over a hundred times and I'm not even exaggerating! I wanted to eat healthy and that's when I stumbled upon this recipe about a year ago. I've tried many other "healthy" recipes for pancakes and this surpasses them all. This recipe is actually so good I never bothered to look for another pancake recipe after I tried this. This comes out perfect every single time even with some little tweaks here and there. I always always at least triple this recipe because they freeze perfectly and the pancakes don't even stick to each other even if you stack them in the freezer. Twice I made this recipe 15 fold, imagine this 😄. This recipe is a keeper. I hope everybody watching this video gives it a try-you shall not be disappointed 😄.
