What I find is when an ex hates you. It's usually because they feel guilty, but because they are emotionally immature they find that blaming you is easier for them than actually taking responsibility, especially if you're talking about women because most women never ever take responsibility. So it's not genuine. Hate. It's guilt turned outwards

His future depends on how much he is going to remain in cognitive dissonance about using people for comfort and validation while having ulterior agendas. I hope he doesnt tell himself he "loves" these women... Love is compassionate and considerate of the feelings of the other person and those factors inform your behaviors around that person so you dont harm them. I think he "lusts" these people.
