Right at 0:42 - wish I had seen this video before I assembled. The Bissell manual that came with the vacuum is completely inadequate for assembly instruction. I snapped the holder and the wall mouth together before mounting because there were no instructions, not realizing that it was irrevocable, and now I can't get them apart. There were no step-by-step instructions, just a vague drawing of the assembled unit on the wall. So now I have a useless mounting assembly that is almost as useless as Bissell's customer service. Two different customer service people responded to my email, and neither of them knew how to help me. One said, maybe you could separate them with a screwdriver (I already tried that). Their tech support should not be as clueless as me.

You mentioned removing the battery to charge it. Is it possible to charge the unit with the battery attached?

I just got mine and now waiting for the battery to charge. The vacuum does not stand up by itself and I don't like that. So you will have to lean it up against something if you need to.

Anyone had this for a few months and it is still working? I have a diff brand and it was no good in like two months. Want to get this one but unsure.

10:00 I assembled this vacuum and it will not stand up on its own. Did this happen to you or is something wrong with mine. If this is what they all do, I will be returning mine.
