The Climb for Alzheimer's will challenge your lower body strength and endurance and it's important that you know how to take care of your lower body in between workouts!
Here are some suggested fitness tips:
1) Foam rolling for glutes
2) Foam rolling for thighs
3) Lacrosse/tennis ball for calves
4) Lacrosse/tennis ball for soles
Pay attention to what you're feeling. If you find a spot that is particularly uncomfortable be sure to spend a little extra time rolling that spot.
