Thank you for watching this video on preparing for hurricane season. I made this video to help people who are moving to our area and who have never experienced a hurricane. As a former survivor of an F4 tornado on March 1, 2007, that ripped through and killed 8 students while school was still in session where I taught, I totally understand the importance of being prepared. I have also experienced numerous hurricanes in my lifetime- each one different in intensity and damage.
