I had the same issue as Mario. Follow the video, but hold them individually for way longer, like 20 seconds, and keep trying, until you get flashing white LEDs. Worked for me, finally.

Still doesn’t work. One earbud has the white signal and the other the blue signal. I can only connect to one of the two earbuds, on the Bluetooth devices which appear, it shows two QCY 17 not one which means they cannot be paired.

I fixed the problem, hold for 10 seconds, and wait until the white LED flashes twice, that's a sign it has been reset
